About Me/ Company

I am retired and a very fit lady, I play tennis and tap dance. Have spent my life as an aerobic teacher and also self built houses and barns. I had worked as a carer for my disabled parents in my own house for over five years. For the past eight years, I have worked voluntary in a memory club for people with Alzheimers, caring for individual's needs, as well as organizing games and entertainment.

My partner has been actively working, finishing renovating his project. He has a degree in history and is near to finishing his first novel.

Previous Experience

This is our first experience of house sitting. Though between us, we have built, renovated and maintained our own houses. We have looked after various friends' houses and dogs and cats whilst they were away. We have owned cats and dogs.

We are very keen on growing vegetables and gardening. We are very happy to pet sit and house sit. Also, if any extra paid work is available, my partner would be glad to negotiate with clients.

We have practical maintenance skills in the event of an emergency. We have owned land, had swimming pools, large vegetable plots and have self built two barn conversions and many other properties. Skills between us consist of: Carpentry, plumbing, general building, good use of machinery, some mechanical skills, general maintenance skills, and home keeping skills. And we have love and care for animals. And we are a sociable, busy and active couple. Both have a clean driving licence.
