About Me/ Company

My name is Anita Richardson and I am a fully qualified Master Cat Groomer. I have been running this successful business, Love Cats Groomer for just over 2 years now.
I have found due to demand from my existing clients whom I have built up a relationship with, they have been asking me to regularly cat sit for them aswell.
Therefore, I decided to open a second business, Love Cats Sitter. This is going from strength to strength as word of mouth gets around.

Previous Experience

I have been mad about cats from a very young age. However, it wasn't until recently I turned my passion into a profession.
I went to London and trained in what is regarded the number one salon in Cat Grooming. I then returned to the Wirral and set up my own mobile grooming business.
On the back of this, my second business is now increasing in popularity as I cat sit for many of my regular grooming clients.
I have also just recently qualified as an animal healer and I am now in the middle of qualifying in cat communication and behaviour.
These skills help me when handling the cats.
I am the crazy cat lady!

Travel can be very worrisome when leaving your cats behind and catteries are not the ideal environment for them due to strange smells, sounds and of course a strange new location. However, because we know cats prefer to remain in their own territory, we set up a cat sitting business to help alleviate the stresses that a cattery can cause.

We offer a service exclusively for cats - A pop in Cat Sitting Service, offering professional care in the comfort of your cats own home.

We provide affordable home visits for holidays/short breaks/work commitments, that provide an alternative to catteries.
Our cat sitting service is reliable and trustworthy.
For additional piece of mind we also look after your home (if required) at no extra charge.
We provide regular text/photos/email updates while you are away from home.
At Love Cats Sitter there are no dogs allowed. So we will never have “doggy smells” on us.

Our aim is to ensure that we give the utmost care to your cat.

Our service area covers the Wirral Peninsular.

During our visits we will:

Play with your cat/s and give them lots of cuddles
Feed your cat/s as instructed by yourself
Wash all feeding bowls
Replenish drinking water
Administer any oral medication
Scoop/change cat litter (where applicable)
Clear up any little accidents

DAILY PRICES

One visit £10 per day (up to 2 cats)

Two visits £18 per day (up to 2 cats)

We charge just an extra £1 per cat after this

LOOKING AFTER YOUR HOME

During each cat sitting visit we always provide a security check around your property to ensure your home is secure. We will also carry out the following (at no extra charge).

Open and close curtains
Alternate home lighting
Collect /tidy your mail
Water plants
Put out/ bring in wheelie bins

Our service is individually tailored to meet your own personal requirements to ensure your cat has the same routine whilst you are away and that your property is safe and secure.
