About Me/ Company
We are Penny and Mike Kimber and live in South Somerset, on the Devon/Dorset border.
Our backgrounds are in paediatric nursing and finance.
We have always enjoyed both the companionship of our own cats and other pets as well as looking after those of family and friends. We currently have 2 cats, 3 dogs and a tortoise.
With this wide experience, we decided to develop our own business doing something we both enjoy and for which, we know, we can give an excellent and reliable service.
Having established a dog walking and sitting business, we are now looking to expand.
Previous Experience
Penny has kept pets all her life, mainly rescued animals, including:
dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs chipmunks, chinchillas, chickens and tortoise' among others.
As a child Mike always had dogs and on their marriage joined Penny in giving a home to various rescued animals.
We have experience in administering medication to our own pets. One of our dogs is on treatment for a long standing skin problem, and one cat has ongoing medication for epilepsy. Thankfully, they are all doing well.
Qualifications & Training
We are fully insured.
We have no formal qualifications, but we do have years of experience.
Other Services
We will administer medication if required.
We would be happy to care for other small pets by arrangement.
