I am a 49 year old cat person. I 'm married with 2 teenage children. I am a non-smoker.We currently have 2 cats, both of which came to us. Tom is a gorgeous black and white cat who was part feral when we first started feeding him. We think he is about 7 yrs old and he has been with us for about 4 years . Ginge is much younger about 2 yrs old. He just appeared one day, took a liking to us and never left, although we did think for a while we were sharing him but now we think he just comes to us!
I am a teacher, part-time. I also drive. It isn't really about the money, although that will come in handy, it is more about providing peace of mind .I have been in that position many times, going away and worrying about the cats, relying on friends to come in and feed them .I too have had a not so good experience of boarding a cat.It left him so stressed and I felt awful for a very long time.I think this service sounds like a very good idea.I live in Dagenham, Essex.I don't know if this is in anyway helpful as this is the 1st time I have done anything like this.
