About Me/ Company

Hello. My name is Amy and I am a qualified veterinary nurse with a passion for cats. I am currently studying Feline behaviour and psychology which has made me realise how sensitive our feline friends are. I started my own business cat sitting to try give cat owners the opportunity to leave their cats at home in their own familiar environment whilst they are away.

Previous Experience

I have worked with animals since 2001 in a veterinary are practice and picked up the name 'cat nurse' over the years. I pride myself on giving cats the time they need to feel safe and secure. I have grown up with cats, my first being Smartie who lived to the grand old age of 21 years. I can't remember a time I didn't have cats in my life and love my little business as I get to spend time with lots of cats, all who are individual and fantastic in their own ways.

Qualifications & Training

I have a BTEC diploma in animal care. I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2007 and I'm currently studying a feline behaviour and psychology course.

As a veterinary nurse I am confident in administering medications. I also have a grooming kit so if your cat required daily grooming this would be possible.
